How do I return my order?

If it’s not a fit, you have 14 days to return your unworn items. 

To return one or more items from your order please contact us at the following address : support@opus

We will provide you with the address where to return your purchases.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. 


How do I make a return?

Just pack your items in the box, and make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery barcode on the box.

Once you've dropped off your item or had it collected, you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it's your proof of refund. 


When will I receive my refund?

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank.

The refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund.

Please note :

If you selected Secure Delivery the shipping costs of $ 3.99 will not be refunded.


Can I return a used item?

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage, or upon grounds of hygiene. 

If a return is refused for either of these reasons, the item will be returned to you from our warehouse and the refund will not be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items tried on to see whether they fit are not considered worn.
